Cardinal Software Platform
Cardinal Software is now featuring a COMPLETE SUITE of interactive retail automation
software that includes Teller, New Accounts and Loan automation.
Cardinal helps you create unique product templates that reduce data input and
help insure accuracy and compliance. We have even partnered with Bankers Systems,
Inc. (BSI) to provide their compliance and electronic Deposit and Lending forms.
Cardinal is able to use the "Forms as objects" technology, allowing you to preview
the completed forms on screen and to edit some of the input fields prior to printing.
All of this in one complete package that seamlessly integrates to Cardinal/400™.
New Accounts Platform Integration
Banks can automate the new account process for consumer and commercial accounts
by integrating the New Accounts Windows-based software with Cardinal/400™. Cardinal Software provides a record-level interface to retrieve CIS data from Cardinal/400™.
This download is used to pre-fill data on customer input screens within the software
so CSR's can open new accounts in three minutes or less, affording them more
time to cross sell additional bank products and services. Once the new account is
opened, it provides a complete upload of the new account to the Cardinal/400™ system,
eliminating repetitive, error-prone data entry and greatly enhancing overall productivity.
With New Accounts you can:
• Access suggested cross sale opportunities
• Track customer referrals and employee incentives/bonuses
• Make product comparisons
• Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint sales presentations to enhance

Teller Platform Integration
Our Teller Platform is an on-line, transaction-based system that is integrated in Cardinal/400™.
All transactions are stored on each PC as well as the IBM AS/400, and memos are posted instantly
to your customer's cash balances. This module automatically monitors account balances,
corresponding customer names, stop payment files, insufficient funds, account holds and message
files. Tellers can perform a name or social security search to retrieve a customer's account number.
