RBS is a browser-based application that manages and
tracks a customer’s complete demographic information
as well as account information across the various
systems on which they reside. It provides a complete,
consolidated view of any financial information the
customer has authorized you to access, whether that
information resides at your institution or elsewhere.
Each night, using a secure Web connection, RBS updates
your customer's financial portfolio with data from
your Cardinal/400™ system as well as your customer's
data from any of the systems at financial institutions
you have been authorized to access. The result is
a complete, consolidated view of your customer’s
financial information.
With this consolidated, current view
of a customer’s financial portfolio, your bank
has a powerful tool to help investment managers provide
the best possible guidance to your customers. RBS
can also help your bank identify new opportunities
to generate new business. For example, your bank may
have a product that offers your customer a better
rate of return or a loan that offers more favorable
