At Cardinal Software, we value your feedback as a customer and do everything possible to conform to your needs. The Cardinal Software User Group is one way we facilitate open and ongoing communication with our customers and gather input about software enhancement decisions. The Cardinal Software User Group gathers annually to share ideas and discuss software developments. Each bank running Cardinal/400T has one vote in the Cardinal System User Group. No matter (1) their asset size or (2) if they use Cardinal/400T in-house or in an outsourced (data center) environment, our one vote system means every Cardinal Software customer can participate on equal footing with User Group decisions.
